Old Town Bicycle Racing Team

Old Town Bicycle is proud to once again sponsor a racing team with riders from all over the Puget Sound region. It has been an exciting season so far with Alex Walker winning the Cat 3 time trials at Wenatchee and Enumclaw and Steve Matson leading the points race in the Master Men 30+ Cat 4-5 & 50+ category.

There is plenty of racing left in 2010 with many Crits and Track races still on the calendar. OTB’s Jim Flynn who placed 4th overall and 1st in masters last year at Marymoore will be going flat out at the track again this year. We’re also looking forward to the inaugural Tacoma Twilight Criterium June 12th. Come down and watch the best riders in the northwest race through the streets of Tacoma and compete for the podium!

We hosted the Masters/Juniors Road Race State Championship Sunday May 2nd on a variation of our Longbranch course. It was a hit and many riders appreciated the challenge the new route provided. Check out the race results and flyer
